Mission Meridian Village, located in the heart of the Mission West District, is an award-wining mixed-use village designed by renowned architects Moule & Polyzoides.  The addresses are 727 to 809 Meridian Avenue, and 917 to 929 Magnolia Avenue, encompassing 67 total homes.

The Village is one of LA’s first transit oriented developments, and all 67 units sold before any of the units had drywall on them, back in 2005.  The units range from lofts, to townhomes, to patio homes, and even a large detached single family residence.  Built between a walkable neighborhood of historic homes, and a light rail station serving the Gold Line between downtown LA and Pasadena, the location encourages everyone to get out of their cars to walk and train about town.  Every Thursday is a weekly and popular Farmers Market about 200 feet away.  What you do not see are 2 subterranean levels of parking for about 325 cars. 

Schools! South Pasadena’s award winning schools have some of the highest API’s in the state. Elementary: Arroyo Vista (API 932) Middle: South Pasadena Middle School (API 912) High School: South Pasadena High School (API 887).

Mission Meridian Village has received the following accolades:

• Winner of the “Tranny Award” from the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), 2006
• Winner of five Golden Nugget Awards from the Pacific Coast Builders Conference, 2006
• Selected as the Outstanding Transit Project in America by Urban Land Institute, 2006
