Once you've interviewed at least 3 agents and utilize my 41 Questions, it is time to showcase, position, and expose your home locally, and internationally. Remember that your first showing will be on the internet. Having a proven strategy and a broker willing to spend thousands of his own money upfront will get you the best buyer.

Here is how I do it:

  1. Full blown market survey and consultation so there are no surprises
  2. I won't represent your buyer unless you direct me to.  I am your advocate.
  3. I bring a professional stager
  4. I hire a PROFESSIONAL photographer
  5. Your floor plan will be digitally drawn
  6. Preliminary title search will be performed to make sure there are no issues
  7. I will pay for a historical biography and permit search
  8. I will pay for a home warranty during our listing for your peace of mind
  9. Professional landscaping spruce-up
  10. Your property will have its own specific branded and URL SEO'd website (such as www.123MyStreet.com) with all the information available to anyone and No bait-and-switch
  11. For Sale Sign
  12. A monitored Digital lockbox will be installed (if desired)
  13. Custom signage for just your house
  14. Wonderful color flyers with layout on back
  15. Termite inspection consultation and coordination
  16. City inspection consultation and coordination
  17. Paperwork completed early so there are no delays later
