Mike Bell
Broker, GRI and CPS
I'm a licensed Broker and REALTOR® with over 19 years of residential brokerage and investment experience. I specialize in selling homes, and homes that don't sell the first (or second) time. You will always receive honest and detailed feedback and analysis from me.
After graduating with a BBA in Finance at Gonzaga University, I processed consumer loans at a Federal Credit Union, moved to co-managing a loan portfolio at Charles Dunn Company, underwrote loans at CB Commercial, and then moved onto flipping homes. Neighbors and other agents wanted to work with me, so I started representing them.
In 1999 I opened Bradmont Realty. With 10 agents we were very successful. In 2005 Prudential Realty bought us, and since then I've outsold 95% to 99.5% of all agents locally and nationally. I know how to sell, and I don't waste my time with things that don't help my clients (blogging, twitter, and sitting around the office water cooler).
My family lives in Pasadena's Bungalow Heaven, and I like to think we have a nice balance. You may, at times, hear my boys in the background when we talk on the weekend. One of our family goals is to have everyone become a Black Belt, as we are all currently taking Tae Kwon Do. In my spare time I enjoy working with Troop 509 (where I earned my Eagle Scout) as a merit badge counselor. I am local, having grown up in La Crescenta and La Canada, and graduated from local St. Francis in 1988 (go ahead and do the math). I've lived in Pasadena since 1997 and I know almost every street here, and most in surrounding cities. Thank you for reading this.

Anne Bell
Team Director
Anne is great with structuring the team so we all do what each of us are best at, and making sure no one skips a beat. I am lucky to be married to her, and to have her directing our team. Anne is fluent in Thai.

Adam Bray-Ali
Buyer's Agent and Broker Associate
Adam manages our buyers department. He also provides property management services with his separate company Arroyo Apartments. He brings a hands-on perspective to the management of the important tasks at hand, negotiating, meeting deadlines, and is a great communicator. He was recently listed as one of LA's most influential people in LA Weekly. He volunteers at the Gamble House, is on the Board of Directors of the Friend's Of The Gamble House, and leads neighborhood tours. Like Mike, he is an Eagle Scout and has two young boys.

Jeff Curtis
Short Sale Negotiator & Broker Associate
Jeff works with Mike and his clients on their short sales. Jeff's knowledge of the ins and outs of this complicated process keeps all parties moving forward. Jeff constantly attends short sale programs, and even teaches it. He has successfully completed close to 100 local short sale negotiations with all the major lenders , r federally chartered banks, private banks and private lenders. Not only is Jeff the go-to guy for short sales, he is also the company mentor for new agents learning how to do things right. In 2011 he was a keynote speaker for the local Bar Association.

Daniel Estrada
Marketing Administrator
Daniel, a third generation of Pasadena, is actively involved in the community having sat on the city's Planning Commission for five years and currently a member of the city's Community Development Committee which focuses on affordable housing. He lives in a 1924 Spanish Revival Bungalow in Pasadena that he has meticulously restored, is also a volunteer Docent with the Gamble House, Pasadena Heritage, and has deep interest in local history as well as architectural specializing in the Arts & Crafts movement and Revival Periods. Daniel brings a wealth of knowledge to the team.

Apolla Farthing
Transaction Coordinator
Apolla is the Transaction Coordinator for the team. She coordinates the heaps of paperwork, and you will be receiving organized paperwork from her, with instructions, while we are in escrow. She reviews all contracts and additional documentation for completeness and accuracy, as well as ensures that all DRE and office requirements are complete prior to the close of escrow. At the end of our transaction we will scan all documents for storage, and give you a copy. Apolla has over 13 years of experience in real estate.
